The USAID Civil Society Strengthening Activity is an institutional capacity building grant designed to improve our overall efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability.
Through this grant, InPact will strengthen our governace, administrative and operational structures and in so doing, better position InPact as an indigenous Ugandan organization to sustainably and effectively execute our mandate.
The Activity comes with skills development for our staff, strengthening of our Human Resource, Financial Management, Communications and External Relations, Advocacy and Project Development and Management functions.
Implemented by East-West Management Institute a global organization with 25 years experience in designing and building capacity of local organisations to foster contextually relevant and sustainable initiatives that address legal, civic and economic challenges across the world.
